Armed Forces Day 2025 will be celebrated on Saturday, June 28. It's a nationwide event in the UK that honors the contributions of serving personnel, veterans, cadets, and military families. Communities across the country will host parades, military displays, and family-friendly activities to show appreciation for the Armed Forces. Several cities are organizing special events:

Wolverhampton will have a parade, music, and a funfair at West Park.

Wakefield is hosting a commemorative event at Pontefract Park with military displays, arena entertainment, and a parachute display.

St Helens will hold its Armed Forces Day on June 21 at Victoria Park, featuring a WWII artillery display, vintage military vehicles, and live performances.

Portsmouth will have a Spitfire flyover and a Royal Navy parachute jump at Southsea Common.

Chatham Historic Dockyard will host a formal parade, a Drum Head service, and a Beating Retreat finale.SEE HERE
